Elders say we must have a goal in front of us and a teacher behind us, and this is true. Her classes changed the direction of my life. She always started the class with meditation so that our minds would be calm. To listen carefully, we need concentration, and she taught us that focus is very important. Since she studied psychology, she understands our feelings and guides us well. She teaches us life lessons and moral values — what to do and what not to do. Not everyone does that. If I had missed her classes, I would not have changed like this. No matter how much I thank her, it is not enough. I am always grateful to her.
